A biography workshop will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2019, before the annual SHEAR conference begins, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The morning program includes presentations by Tamara Thornton, Sara Georgini, Amy Greenberg, Lorri Glover, and Lucia McMahon on various aspects of historical biography. After lunch, participants will be in breakout groups to discuss their own work. The only cost is for lunch, which will be catered.

There are a few seats remaining. The afternoon breakouts are specifically designed to assist writers in their currect projects, and a chapter from the project will need to be shared with other group members by July 1.
